Leigh Feenburg

Leigh Feenburg, Chief Executive Officer, joined Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners from another large DSO, where he managed 90+ offices throughout Florida and Texas. He has been around health for his entire life. Coming from a medical family, he always knew that he wanted to be involved in the business of helping people. Throughout the years, Leigh has been involved in Fitness, Lasik, and, for the last 8 years, dental. Leigh decided to join Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners, because he believes that there is nothing more important than the patient experience, patient retention, team engagement, and provider engagement. Looking to change the way that dentistry is currently done, Leigh is excited to achieve his vision of becoming the best DSO in the country. Leigh is focused on increasing operational efficiencies to improve revenue and profitability.
